Rapunzel in the Pokemon World

This is the drawing I made for the Pokemon Fairy Tales contest for

I always get the fairy tales of Rumpelstiltskin and Rapunzel mixed up, I was originally going to do Rumpelstiltskin but I couldn't really figure out a good scene to convert to Pokemon, so I sort of migrated to Rapunzel by default. Rapunzel is my partner's favorite fairy tale because she has super long, thick hair and she likes the idea of radishes but hates to eat them, lol. And since my partner's secondary Pokesona is a Mawile and mine is a Sableye, I thought they fit well as the main characters.

But the reality of fairy tales in the Poke World is not like it is in the stories, instead of letting down golden locks that her dashing prince can climb up to rescue her, Mawile has hair full of sharp, carnivorous teeth, and Sableye realizes he's in for more than he bargained for!

The lines are drawn in ink, and colored in Photoshop 6, probably about 12 hours total time to finish, most of which was done staying up all night to finish before the deadline. >_<
