Metroid Holiday Ornament

This is a little Metroid themed holiday ornament I made.

The ornament is made of glass, painted on both sides with acrylic paint. It is about 3 inches in diameter, about 1 and a half inches thick and has a metal ornament hook attached to the top. It has a Metroid cutout dangling from a small length of chain suspended on the inside, and fake snow loose on the bottom.

Metroid is one of my favorite games, and I just love those little aliens, so when I started making ornaments, I just had to make a Metroid one too! This little guy is wearing a Santa hat and holding a candy cane, that I assume he stole from his latest victim, hence all the festive blood splatter. Somehow he got trapped inside of this ornament, and despite his efforts to crack the glass, he's stuck inside for the holiday season at least.
