This is the Kokiri Emerald Charm, based off the ones in the Zelda games, I was commissioned to make for ~mekkouine-ke-peia.
The green gems are encased in clay, hand sculpted to have a faceted look, and painted in metallic gold acrylics. The whole piece is about one and a half inches tall.
This was a bit of a challenge to make because I couldn't use my regular polymer clay, since the gems would melt in the baking process, so I had to use a different kind of clay, which actually turned out really nice, and I'd certainly use it again in the future for similar projects. I am really happy with this little guy, and I plan on making the other stones too, when I have some free time.
Jewelry like this, as well as many other pieces can be commissioned by me. Check out my Etsy store here: [link] to see what's in-stock or feel free to send me an e-mail at YellerCrakka@yahoo.com if you're interested in anything.
It is made of air-dry clay, I am not 100% sure what the name was anymore, it was the only time I used it, but it's sold in the same area of craft stores as polymer clay.
