Zelda Goddess Pearls Deluxe Necklace

This is a Goddess Pearls Charm Necklace, based off the items in the Legend of Zelda series, I was commissioned to make for ~PhantomNayru.

The charms are all completely handmade out of polymer clay and painted with metallic acrylics. The central blue charm is a little bigger than the others, about one inch in diameter instead of three fourths of an inch, as you can see by comparison with the nickel.

This was a very new experience for me because I actually had to make jewelry with this piece, not just charms! I really like how it turned out though, I really thank ~PhantomNayru for walking me through it, I was pretty scared about adding the beads myself, but she gave me the confidence to give it a shot. The charms themselves we decided to make with flat backs so they would lie flat and the pretty design would always be facing forward, but still have a rounded front like real pearls would. I love the Zelda Universe Goddesses, so I really loved making this, especially with such a helpful client!
