Pokemon - Sableye Charm

This is the little Sableye Charm I made, based off the character from the Pokemon games and anime.

The charm is completely handmade out of polymer clay with metal armature for added strength, and painted with acrylics. It is about 1 and 1/4 inches tall, roughly the size of a quarter. All his little crystals are real embedded gems for the most realistic look and feel.

This is the fifth in my spooky Halloween Pokemon Set! Sableye is one of my all time favorite Pokemon because he's so cute and I enjoy how he seems like he's always hoarding gems, even though I don't think Pokemon really need money for anything, it's like a dragon with a big treasure trove. Sorry the picture doesn't show him off well, he's a really dark purple against a dark background (I like to think he has a sweet tooth too, so I had to use my candy background!) so it doesn't highlight all his details, like the super cool gems! It was so hard to do, but Sableye is so awesome, I had to make it work! I plan on making a Sableye Gijinka costume this spring, and wear this necklace with it! ^_^
