Pokemon - Mew Charm Necklace

This is a Mew Charm Necklace from Pokemon I was commissioned to make for *discobear80.

The charm is completely handmade out of polymer clay and painted with acrylics. It is about one and a quarter inches long, as you can see by comparison to the nickel.

Mew is kind of a plain, solid colored Pokemon, so I wanted to jazz it up with a really neat pose. I couldn't make the tail too swooped around for stability reasons, but I think I was able to make it look pretty cute while keeping it very durable as well. I really wanted it to be able to hang sort of upside-down and I achieved that to my liking, it looks even cuter on than it does in these photos. Now I want one for myself too! ^_~
