Nintendo NES Controller Charm

This is a little NES Controller Charm, I was commissioned to make for ~Miloceane.

The charm is completely handmade out of polymer clay and painted with acrylics. The buttons are fully sculpted and the inner Select/Start buttons are intended to give the charm the most realistic look and feel. It is about an inch long, as you can see by comparison with the dime.

This is something I've been asked to make several times, but I knew it was going to be difficult so I never took the commission, but when a friend asked, I just couldn't say no! Being a gamer of an older generation than most of my fans, this is the controller I grew up with so it'll always have a special place in my heart, and I'm glad I finally had the motivation to make it.
