Harvest Moon Cow - Pandora Style Bead

This is the little Harvest Moon Cow Bead I was commissioned to make for someone.

The charm is completely handmade out of polymer clay with a metal bead core and painted with acrylics. All of its details, including a little tail and horns, are fulled sculpted, for the most realistic look and feel. The charm is about three fourths of an inch long, as you can see in comparison to the dime.

This was a really different project for me, I've never really made too many true beads before and it's a lot different than making charms. The main challenge was having that core bead in the center, I'm used to working with a little armature, but that was nuts! But I am very happy with the overall appearance, whenever I see it I'm always thinking "Holy Cow!" because I am that much of a big loser nerd, haha.
